Logan Rankin has created a monster real estate portfolio in a short period of time that has amassed 2500 apartment units. Logan Rankin is a great leader and has a large team that is doubling every year. Rankin was a top executive at a fortune 50 company and is bringing high level leadership and systems into the property management business. Rankin wants to change the property management industry across the US, and we truly believe that he will hit this goal. Logan is also a best selling author and owns multiple other businesses. If you are into real estate or building a team, being at this retreat is a must. Logan loves working with individuals that take action towards their goals and is excited to work with a Wisconsin based mastermind group.

Every year, the group chooses somewhere out of state for 3 days of straight Mastermind (and fun). This is a yearly member only event that includes lodging and 5 meals.

Guest speakers

We fly in a guest speakers to talk about high-level topics. This is a great opportunity to get focused insight in a relatively small group, and connect outside of our normal network.

Hot Seat

We break off into small groups and open up about business problems. Each person spends 3-5 minutes explaining their challenges, and the group will help problem solve.
